Great Expectations for Parents Weekday Program - nmh
Prepare for the childbirth experience through instruction on labor
stages, hospital procedures, breathing and relaxation techniques, pain

4-class series: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday; 6:30 to 9 pm.
Fee: $85/couple. 2-class series: Fridays, 5 to 9 pm. Fee: $125/couple

This is a one-day, all-day version of the Great Expectations Weekday

runs monthly meetings in various locations throughout the city to
